424 N.W. 24th Street Apartments
A contributing resource to the National Register listed Jefferson Park Neighborhood Historic District, this 4,100 square foot, 8-unit apartment building was recently renovated and qualified as a certified historic preservation tax credits project.
The property is also located in a locally zoned Historic Preservation district. Most of the work would be described as exterior and interior deferred maintenance. PandDStudio designed a new code compliant exit stair that met the Secretary's Standards and the local Historic Preservation Standards and Guidelines. The stair and the new parking area were built in the back yard area. The project received an Oklahoma State Historic Preservation Officer's Citation of Merit Award.
