Constructed in 1909, this 5-story masonry building is individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Originally built as an office building, the building was the home of one of Sapulpa’s most prominent banks and corporate headquarters for many regional oil companies operating in the nearby Glenn Pool oil fields.
A certified rehabilitation project, the 45,244 square foot Berryhill Building now accommodates 28 affordable apartments for seniors in downtown Sapulpa. PandDStudio provided historic preservation consulting and preservation tax credit consulting and application management for the project, which also utilized affordable housing tax credits. The project received State Historic Preservation Officer's Citation of Merit.
