Built in 1911, Hadden Hall is a modest brick clad building in the Classical Revival style. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing resource to the Automobile Aleey Historic District. It is 3-stories tall and contains about 14,000 square feet. Historically, the building was constructed as a well-appointed apartment building. Over the years some of the apartments were cleared for larger spaces to accommodate uses including offices, a church, and a museum.
Hadden Hall was one of 11 buildings in and around the Automobile Alley Historic District that were rehabilitated and adapted to new uses between 2008 and 2017 for which PandDStudio provided a variety of services such as historical research, National Register nominations, drawings of existing conditions, design and preservation consulting and preservation tax credits consulting and application management. The completed project is 18 market rate apartments. The project received the State Historic Preservation Officer's Citation of Merit.
