Midtown Plaza Court

Originally constructed in 1926, Midtown Plaza Court was intended to be a farsighted response to changing urban conditions. It was also one of the first shopping centers in Oklahoma City, and has been able to stand the test of time. The Plaza Court's initial design and construction has allowed the building to adjust through neighborhood decline and revitalization. The rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of Plaza Court has been a catalyst for the rebirth of Midtown. Oklahoma City. Preservation and Design Studio served as the historic preservation design consultants and preservation tax credit application managers for the project.
