The 72,000 square foot building is going to be adapted for a brewery, restaurant and hotel operation.

Scheduled completion of the  rehabilitation  of  the  23rd  Street  Armory  is slated for 2021. The adjacent State Highway Department Testing Laboratory, constructed in 1934 is also part of the project and its 13,500 square feet will be adapted to supplement the upcoming hotel opeation of the development.
